About
Born in Oshifo, Ruacana, in northern Namibia, Dr. Julius Munathane Kwedhi experienced profound loss early in life. His father died when he was eight years old while he was in primary school, and his mother died when he was fourteen while he was in high school. By God's grace, sustained leadership, and perseverance, he continued forward with the childhood conviction that he would one day become a heart surgeon.
Today, that journey has matured into a multidisciplinary clinical identity spanning cardiovascular surgery, vascular and endovascular practice, biomedical sciences, international public health, and research. Alongside theatre work and academic inquiry, his broader professional vision is centered on strengthening cardiovascular capacity in Namibia and the SADC region while exploring how digital health and artificial intelligence can responsibly support better care.
He now also speaks and writes as an author, using public platforms such as the Auxanö Medical Podcast, video channels, and professional networks to contribute to conversations on medicine, leadership, innovation, and service.
